I can't add my bank account (France)

Hello,

I have received money and they are now available in my balance. However, I can not add my bank account, it gives me an error message. I checked accepted countries and France is not one of them.

Does that mean I cant add my IBAN? How can I transfer money from my PayPal balance to my bank in France? There has to be a solution

You should be able to add a local bank account.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

It says that my bank account is blocked, how can I unblock it, please? I can't contact them by email they send me automated messages
