I can't add a purchasing card (visa)

Hi,

I'm trying to add a purchasing card issued by Egypt Post under the name "easy pay". It suppose to link easily to my paypal account but it won't. 

the card is Visa type.

could anyone please help me with it.

Did you call the customer service number on the card to activate the card first? Then wait a couple of days and then try to link the card again and go through the confirmation process with the temporary charge and 4-digit PayPal code. You may have to call the card's customer service again to get the 4-digit PayPal code to enter for the card on the PayPal wallet page.

Make sure name and billing address on the card matches your name and billing address on PayPal account.

I am basically having lot of issues linking my card to my account, it does not seem to work and that has begin to frustrate me.. please tell me on how because it says card has been declined all the time ☹️😭😪
