I can't add a new bank account - PayPal doesn't answer me

Hi,
I have been using Paypal for a long time, now I want to change my bank account but I cannot add a new bank account. When I click to validate it, a error message appears: "Sorry, we cannot process your request, please retry later".
I sent several mails to PayPal but only received unsatisfactory bot answers.
That is why I try it here now.
Would somebody help me?

J'utilise Paypal depuis plusieurs mois, je cherche maintenant à changer mon compte bancaire, mais impossible d'ajouter un nouveau compte bancaire. Quand je clique sur Valider, un message d'erreur apparait : "Nous ne pouvons pas traiter votre demande pour l'instant. Réessayez plus tard".
J'ai contacté Paypal à plusieurs reprises mais n'ai jamais eu de réponses de leur part, à part des réponses automatiques basiques pas du tout satisfaisantes.
C'est pourquoi je tente ma chance ici.
Est-ce que cette mésaventure est déjà arrivée à quelqu'un ? Et y a-t-il une solution ?
