I can not transfer my money out of Paypal

Help, I have been trying for 2 weeks to transfer my money and keep getting a error saying “ you can not make this transfer right now try again” then it never

 works no matter what I do. The reps have also tried. They were supposed to wire my money out but they have not done that either.

Your options are in the below link but unfortunately only customer services can help you if they don't work.

However one option would be to 'send' the funds to a mate or family member via the friends / family option then they can withdraw it for you maybe?
