Hello, I am trying to transfer the amount from my account to the card
He writes to me - “We’re sorry. We’re not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.

Have you used the card before?
Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement when you added it?
Does the billing address of the card match the address on your paypal account?
