I can NOT link my debit card to paypal

Hello

So,what happens is when I try to link my VISA to paypal,it says "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method."

I did create an account but i accidently put some false info in it by misstiping some information,but I was NOT able to link my card on that account neither.

When I tried to link my debit card on that account it was not possible becouse "My card issuer...something".

So,I can not link my debit card on this account becouse it is "linked" on my old account that i shut down.

Remember that I was NOT able to link my card on that account either.

Please help me,did some of you had similar problem?

Please contact customer service for assistance with resetting the card:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Thanks,but now i have different problem.

The previous error message is gone,but when i try to link my card aggain it says:"We are not able to process this right now" or something like that.

I think PayPal just went crazy on me.

Anybody had same experience?
