I am unable to login my bank

I want to link my bank of baroda bank ac to my Payal ac to complete my paypal kyc but every time they said try again after some time. I didn't know what's the actual problem thats why i wass asking you.thanks for my help.

Is it a virtual / digital bank? If so then paypal normally paypal does not accept them.

Paypal does not support Payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
