Hello, I am from Serbia and I use Mastercard I've had so far no issue transfering any of my funds from paypal to my mastercard. I haven't made any transfers of any funds since october, my friend who is also from Serbia told me he can no longer withdraw any funds to his mastercard, and he uses mastercard a lot more and withdraws mostly from paypal and suddently he can't withdraw anymore?
So here is the information I am looking to actually receive;
- Was Mastercard removed from usage for withdrawing the funds in Serbia?
- If it is removed or it is not removed how can I check that and where can I see or read on that?
