OK.... I just transfered money from coinbase to paypal. I am trying to transfer that money into my bank which i have done a hundred times before but I keep getting a message saying I cant send the money right now choose a smaller amount. I lowered the amount of the withdrawl to account for any fees but still I get the same message. Any ideas?
