Hello, i'm unable to send money out of my Paypal account to my friends for the past 3 days, This is becoming so annoying. I need help asap please

What error message do you receive when trying to make a payment on your PayPal account? Is this happening with all payments or only payments you try to make using the Family/Friends payment option?
