I DONT KNOW HOW TO CONFIRM MY CARD

my card is limited bc i have to confirm it and i can't find the the 4-digit code that appears on my card activity next to the charged amount.

pls help!!

Call your card issuer to have them look in their internal records on the transaction for the 4-digit code.
