So I Have This Problem About 1 Month, The Problem Is I Cant Link My Credit Card On Paypal Accounts This Is What Error Contains : This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method. I Dont Really Know If Its Paypal's Error Because I Havent Linked My Credit Card To Other Paypal Account, 1 Year Ago I Crote One Account But I Couldn't Add Credit Card Because It Said Declined By Bank! I Have Access On That Acc! If U Can Somehow Help Me Please Dont Ignore This! Thanks
