I am trying from 3-4 days but continuously getting error that "Your Card is Declined by the card issuing bank, this is because due to the card is not activated for international transaction please try with another card". After looking this I immediately go to the bank to solve the bank but they say that the card is already a International Card with full limits. You can do any international transaction with it. I Call the customer service of the bank but they also said the same. Please help me i need a immediate purchase. I am from India and using a international Discover Debit Card. This is not linked with any Paypal accounts before.
