Hi Paypal Community, my account was restricted by PayPal, when it had funds in it. Therefore, I had to wait around 6 months for PayPal to allow me to gee the money out again. Fortunately, I received an email from them saying that I am now eligible for withdrawing my funds from account. For this PayPal account, there was only one bank linked. I no longer have access to that bank, so therefore need to change which bank the PayPal is linked to. Due to my account being restricted, I cannot remove or change bank, and therefore can't withdraw my money. what do I do?
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is randomly available. You can send them a message. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
