Hello, I'm from Serbia and my country doesn't support adding a bank account (saw that on PayPal), but when I try to pay with PayPal balance it says I need a bank account. I have the IBAN too.

Two things - first, it doesn't let me so I can't.
second, how do I pay with balance?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
