I got the pending transfer money form buyer who interest and want to buy my bag I got 1200 us. The bag is 800 us and the shipping cost is 400us But I’ll didn’t got the money until i go to pay the shipping costs. I feel not good and it difficult to me to do this. Can I cancel this payment from buyer and turn back the money to him.
