How to transfer money from PayPal to my bank account

Hi, i recieved money from Dutch and i did card activation with code and still can't transfer money to my bank account.

I need help. Look at the picture.

Czech Republic PayPal CANNOT withdraw to cards so you'll need to link and withdraw to a bank account. You activate card to shop or send money. To withdraw, you need to link a bank account.

This my issue is about bank account, not card.

Thats why im asking how to solve it.
