How to transfer funds from your paypal account to your linked visa card

Hi fam, please can anyone help teach me how I can transfer funds from my account to my linked visa card

You click on available balance, withdraw funds and it gives you an option..... my options are bank account or linked debit card

The visa card option to withdraw is not available when I hit the withdraw button. The only permitted way is to withdraw through bank. Is it because the account is a business account?
