How to tranfer money to visa

Hello!  I can't transfer money to my visa card. First i tried mastercard and a card didn't even appear in the "To" button. Now i linked and cofirmed visa. Visa card appears but when i try to transfer it says: Sorry, we need more information. Please contact Customer service for assistance.

Is it always so hard to send your money from Paypal? I don't know what else should I do.

Leave the account alone for a few to several days or at least do not attempt to withdraw for that long, then try again. It's a security block. Give it time to reset. I think maybe it's because you may have tried to withdraw to it too soon after linking.
