How to solve pending/Hold money to my paypal account

Hai.. my buyer have transferred me money to my paypal account.. but it was on pending.. and i need the money as soon as possible to buy goods.. so how can i solve this problem.. and btw im From Malaysia.. i hope someone can help me on this
