I have created my paypal account since 2014 in Albania. Two years ago, I moved to USA. I want to make a withdrawal in my account but it is not allowed to make this transaction. I have linked my cards of USA but paypal requires to link an account of my country in order to make this withdrawal . What can I do to withdraw my balance, please? Also, I need to change country of my paypal account but there is no option to do that.
