How to link my bank account with PayPal

Hello , I am based in Uganda , opened PayPal account .it asking to link credit card but I don't have credit card .can the debit card details be connected to paypal and pls guide how to link the bank account to paypal

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add a linked card.
The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.
