I have sent money abroad to a Friend using XOOM (PayPal). It was unsuccessful and I was told I would get a Refund. Now there is problem with Refund and I am told to Contact PayPay Customer Service.....where are the direct email/phone details to do that! Spent ages trying to find contact details!
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
