Does anyone know how I can contact PayPal either in a chat or phone call so that I can have my problem sorted. They are withholding two or my payments in a row and am really going broke waiting for them to release the funds over my account not being verified.
Been a whole week trying to contact these people and its all in vain. Am in Kenya and dialing their number does not yield anything. The call gets disconnected immediately i dial yet I have airtime to make the call.
If Paypal continues to withhold my money I guess it would be the end of me as a freelancer.
