How to confirm I received an item

I bought an item and received it. The seller asked me to confirm I have received it so they can receive payment. I didn’t get a tracking number but the status was ‘shipped’ so I should have the option to confirm it’s been received but I do not. Can anyone help?

I am sorry about your issue. Here's how to confirm that you have received an item:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Activity.
  3. Find and click the original payment for the item.
  4. Click Confirm Receipt.
  5. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

If you don't see this information in your PayPal account, you may need to click Classic View and proceed from there.
