1) How to choose the option that I do the conversion of money in my bank, instead of PayPal doing the conversion of euros to my local currency automatically while transferring the money? On a smartphone app, and on a website also? Where is that option?
2) Also, every time when I want to log in to my PP account on the phone, and I do fingertip verification, it still asks me every time to verify that it is me through the SMS or a call...why?
