Hi, I just had an issue with GCash, wherein I transferred funds from PayPal to GCash. There was a deduction on my PayPal balance but it did not reflect on my GCash account. I already sent a report to PayPal, as well as GCash. After that, PayPal emailed me and deactivated my G-Xchange preapproved payments. My question is, how to activate it again? Thank you.
