How to UNLINK card from completely CLOSED old paypal account ?

Hye PayPal,

I recently closed another paypal account due to TYPO ERROR in primary E-MAIL ID and was not able to change it.,

Then I reset my old paypal account created in 2017.

But PAYPAL isn't allowing me to add that card to my account. 

Request you to unlink card from closed account.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
