I have $100 "pending" in my account. Been there for over a month and it won't allow me to move the money to my balance. I've tried adding a tracking number but PayPal just spins for hours. I've tried 'accepting" the transaction where I keep getting an error. I am new to PayPal so I understand the hold but it's been over a month and there is no way to actually talk to someone at PayPal. How do I get money moved from pending to my balance? Steve
Update your browser if it needs to be updated. Then clear out the browser cache and PayPal cookies and restart your device. Then try "Add Tracking" again to put your tracking number into the transaction. If you do not have a tracking number for the shipment, select order status and contact the buyer to confirm receipt on the transaction on their end to release funds.
