I'm unable to Link my UAE Bank ( emirates NBD ) / VISA Debit card with paypal Bussnise account. When ever i tried i receive such message on sms. " Transaction of AED 3.79 on your Card ending **** was declined due to insufficient limit available on your card. For details, please call <removed>Can any body help me out.
You have to add money to your debit card because you do not have enough on it to cover the temporary charge to validate your card. Put at least 3.79 AED or 5.00 AED on the card. Can't link an empty card.
