The PayPal account that I've only used, only allows me to link a US bank account or a credit card.
I no longer work in the US and the primary card linked to this account is empty.
If PayPal restricts linked bank accounts only to the US and the alternative method is to link ones card, can that card be an international debit card?
I have a South African bank account with FNB that does recognize PayPal but why can't I link my S.A. Bank account?
Is it possible that I have registered my PayPal account with the US PayPal branch?
Is PayPal location based?
