How to Deposit Money in My Paypal Account in Vietnam

Hi Everyone,

                  I am Waqas and right now in Ho chi Minh city, Vietnam. How i can transfer money in PayPal account as i need to buy some online course from Paypal account. I have account in Vietnamese bank BIDV. I need to deposit almost 48$ in my Paypal account.

You should be able to add / confirm a local bank account and then add / withdraw via that bank account.

Failing that add a card and pay for the items and paypal will take directly from any linked bank account or card.
