I purchased $430 worth of fabric from Joanns on their website, and use paypal to checkout. They only sent me $78 worth, and they are still holding my $355 dollars!
The original transaction was back in April, but the last peice of fabric they pulled and mailed was may 18th. There is nothing left open on my order to mail to me...
Does anyone know how long it will be before I get my money back?
