hello, i failed to withdraw money once because wrong name, i make a new account and with right name and transfer my money into the new account with proper name. but sadly i cant link my bank account after the failed transfer. my friend say usually paypal have a cooldown to link bank account after failed transaction. can anyone tell me how long it is? is already a week and i still cant link my bank account. thanks 🙂
