How long can I keep my balance in my Paypal account?

Hi,

 

Currently I have a few dollars in my balance. I do want to withdraw the amount. Question is, how long can I keep my money here till it reaches the $200 threshold so that I can withdraw without the need to pay 1% fee for every $15 (max)?
