As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

The answer wasn't relevant to me since I'm in the U.S. and have never had a problem. I discovered Stripe is the method of getting my GoFundMe donations to my bank. But thanks.
