I am trying to link a bank card but it keeps coming up something went wrong  for the bank I deal with I clicked on it then did the rest and it’s not working trying to link my bank account to PayPal can someone help me with a suggestion ty?

Well first you say bank card and then you say you are trying to link your bank account so which one are you trying to add?
