How do I withdraw money in Kazakhstan

Hello! How do I withdraw money to my local bank in Kazakhstan (may be Turkey also) or to Visa/Master Cart ?

The option to withdraw funds is not available in your country I'm afraid.

I believe PayPal accounts in Kazakhstan have access to sending, receiving, and withdrawing funds. You should be able to withdraw to an eligible Visa card in Kazakhstan, and also a US bank account.

You mentioned linking a financial account based in Turkey, and so I just wanted to give you some additional information. You should not link any financial accounts based outside of Kazakhstan to your PayPal account. Unfortunately, PayPal is no longer offering services in Turkey. To avoid any potential issues, it may be a good idea to not log into your PayPal account (or make any transactions from your PayPal account) if you're visiting Turkey.

@Oregon11 What do you mean by eligible visa card? I've linked Sberbank multicurrency bank card. But Paypal isn't available to transfer there my funds.
