How do I take back money that i sent 18 hours ago that is on hold on the other end?

Hi Everyone, so I paid for someone 18hours ago, on paypal, and the payment is still on hold on their end, but i wanna take my money back - where do I do that?

If its on hold on the sellers account then any refund would come from their bank account until the pending/on hold payment clears.

So the seller may not want to refund until the payment clears.

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described but not change of mind unfortunately.
