Hi everyone, I'm using a Visa card that has euros as it's main currency, but for some reason when I transfer money to it from PayPal it automatically converts it to my country's currency (RSD). When taking money out of the bank I have to convert it to RSD anyway, so when PayPal does this it doesn't help me in any way, I'm just losing money. I also can't message PayPal directly, I only have Community and Resolution Center as options, no Message (I think it's a country thing). Is there any way around this? Thanks.
