Ok so I'm kinda new to PayPal which is odd I know. I was trying to send a relative money because they are taking care of the kids until my illness from covid is over . I did something wrong and they had to mark the item as shipped. Well there really was nothing to be shipped. They marked it as shipped with out tracking info. So my question is how do I mark this imaginary item as received so the funds are finally released to them. I've tried calling PayPal but I don't have the energy or patience right now to sit on hold for hours. Please help I just want to mark item as received. I don't see that option. I've tried to click on original payment idk I see the transaction and it doesn't have any option when I click on "shipment" I get an error message.
