How can i change primary currency?

Just read https://www.paypal.com/ua/smarthelp/article/FAQ1030 

And I can't change primary currency because there is no lint to Manage currencies in Wallet page.

Please help me to do it.

click the circle icon in the PayPal balance box, you can select manage currencies there.

Hi @ar1337,

I'm sorry that you've been unable to find the place to manage the currencies in your account, and that the help page isn't reflective of what you see in your account. Is there a link to your balance next to the balance on your Summary page? If so it should lead you to the balance page where you can add and manage currencies.

Why these options not available  to me too.. too simple be i can control  primary currency  with one click ...
