How can I view the current exchange rate?

I just want to look up the exchange rate offered by PayPal between Euros and Pounds before I make a purchase. The instructions provided by the help centre don't work on my account:

1. Click the menu to the right of your PayPal balance.
2. Click Manage currencies.
3. Enter the required information under Currency Exchange and click Calculate.
4. The exchange rate is displayed, and you can review it before you complete your payment.

I can get as far as clicking on "manage currencies" but in the next screen, there is no place to "enter the required information".
