Hi, I have read through other answers to this question & I still can't figure out how to do it. The most recent one says it's solved by using a link that just isn't there on my account, nor the account of the guy who asked very recently.
I've not been on PayPal for quite a while & in the old layout it was very easy - but I can't find out how to do it now. I googled a You Tube clip - but the guy used the old layout which didn't help.
I know that I don't have to have funds in here to use it - but I'd rather put an amount across that stays here rather than creating bank fees & conversion fees (I'm from NZ) for every little purchase.
Thanks in advance.

If you're not able to able to access the link below and add funds into your PayPal Balance, then the adding funds or (Top Up) feature is not available for a New Zealand PayPal account.
https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home/addFunds
Here are alternative PayPal withdrawal links.

Hi Oregon,
Thanks so much for the links. Unfortunately I think you're right that I can't add funds from NZ. They have 2 of my account numbers & both come back with a message saying I can't use those accounts.
Thank you for your help, I really appreciate your time.
Yours,
Lynne

I’m in the United States and these explanations don't work for me. It was once a simple two or three clicks to shoot funds INTO a PayPal account. Now it’s nightmarishly difficult. Ive been working on this for three hours.
Help, please, someone!

This is my exact problem tonight. There are no links for transfer of funds into PayPal from my confirmed bank. One appeared momentarily in the Wallet link, but it wouldn’t work and now isn’t there anymore. There is nothing simple about this whatsoever, as all the videos and explanation searches say.
