Pardon my mistakes, English is not my first language.

I'm selling software with development.

The project is paid and I started it.

I set the transaction as an intangible item.

But the project duration is less than a week.

I'm worried about if the buyer cancels the transaction.

Could I do something If the buyer cancels the transaction?

Or How can I resolve the pending state asap?

Do you mean its 'on hold' under that policy?

If so then any hold is between you and paypal and nothing to do with the buyer who does not even know its on hold.
