How can I link my Salvadoran bank account?

I am am american living in central america and I want to transfer paypal funds to my salvadoran account. How can I link it?

Well Salvadoran bank accounts cannot be linked to any PayPal account regardless of region your PayPal account is based in, including Salvadoran PayPal accounts. I see you have a US PayPal account so you're only able to link US Bank accounts to it. PayPal accounts are country specific. And because PayPal is primarily a US company, US citizens living abroad has the option of linking their US bank accounts to foreign PayPal accounts.  And you're supposed to close your US account (unless you maintain 2 residences) if you moved and open an El Salvador PayPal account as laws governing PayPal accounts are different for each country PayPal services.
