I have an old account with a phone number that is no longer valid that has funds in it. I created a new account with my work email but cant figure out how to get my cell off there. Customer service is no help.
I just need the money out of my account. Ideas?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
