I didn’t know you had to be 18 and older to use PayPal so I made an account. Few weeks ago they sent me and email to verify my account, which means verifying that I’m 18years old or over. This has caused limitations so now I can’t access my money, can’t send my money to someone so I can get them to send it to me and I can’t refund the money to get them to send it to my bank account as it’s from something I sold off. How can I get my money back?
