How can I confirm my bank account???

 I linked my visa debit card and bank account yesterday to buy something on ebay. However, I got confused with verifying my card and bank account (failed confirming them) so I had to delete them all. I tried again today to link my bank account but it's blocked now. How can I solve this problem?
