How can I avoid holds on getting paid above 100$ payments

I received payment of 110$ from buyer now everytime I get payments above 100$ it gets hold automatically. Even after seller has confirmed that he received services/product. Pls help how to solve this issue

Same here. Filled out all the tracking information that was required. The customer has already received the package. And the money is still on hold. How does this protect me, the seller. Now someone has an expensive product from me and hasn't paid me yet.
